DemcoTECH Engineering was contracted by GRD MInproc to supply a conveyor system to Syama Gold Mine in Mali, West Africa. The turnkey contract covered the supply of five DemcoTech-designed 500 tph conveyors with belt widths of 900 and 1,650 mm. The conveyors transport run-of-mine (ROM) gold ore in up to 400 mm lump sizes from the mine to the gold processing plant. The conveyors were manufactured in South Africa. Read more …
